  • ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING THE SITE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Creel and Gow and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses, arising from or related to:

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to the Site or any products purchased through the Site shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

You waive any objection based on inconvenient forum or lack of personal jurisdiction.

15. Force Majeure
